Dear Guests, We are so happy you chose to stay with us! We hope you make the most of your time here, enjoying the home, its amenities, and the surrounding area. House Rules: We kindly ask that you take a moment to read these house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please don’t hesitate to contact us for clarification to avoid any misunderstandings. Our family has put a lot of effort into making this home a great space for you, so we ask that you treat it with the same respect you would your own home. Please: Avoid rearranging the furniture. Do not eat in the bedrooms. Clean the kitchen after use and put away clean dishes. We understand that the fireplace is something everyone looks forward to. However, we do not allow the use of our wood-burning fireplace at this time. We are working on purchasing a replacement gas insert for your enjoyment in the future. Before you leave the house, please ensure that you: Turn off all lights and electronics. Close the windows and lock the door. Our neighbors are wonderful, friendly, and always willing to lend a hand if you need anything. We kindly ask that you be respectful and avoid making loud noises. They have our contact information if they need to reach us. Due to the high risk of wildfires, we are a non-smoking property, both inside and outside. This includes vaping and other forms of recreational smoking. Please note: No pets are allowed. We love a good get-together! If you are considering hosting guests, we request that it be done discreetly, keeping noise and messes to a minimum. If you would like to host a larger event or have alternate guests, please communicate with us in advance. We recently installed new carpet in the living room and bedrooms, so we kindly ask that you remove your shoes at the front door. This is bear country and they have been known to pass through the yard. Please keep all food and trash inside the cabin. I highly recommend emptying out your vehicles as well. We want to keep you, our future guests, and our neighbors safe and not give them a reason to hang around or return. We hope you enjoy your stay! Guests have full access to the entire cabin, including the cozy living area, fully equipped kitchen, and all bedrooms. The back deck, surrounded by nature, is yours to enjoy, as well as the beautiful front entrance with its scenic views. You'll also have access to the surrounding outdoor space, perfect for exploring or relaxing. Feel free to use all the amenities, including the washer and dryer, and make the cabin your home during your stay.
